Guide to New Knight Online Servers: Where to Start Playing

The world of KO (Knight Online) is built on the endless conflict of two nations: El Morad (humans) and Karus (orcs). Unlike other MMORPGs, PvP is taken to the absolute here. The entire economy, gear upgrading in Moradon, and mob farming are aimed at one thing—domination in PK zones. Finding the right private server means choosing the pace of character development. We collect the latest KO server announcements with verified stability and no shadow trading of scarce items.

KO Server Types: From Hardcore to Fast PvP

Every new project has its specialization. Class balance and gear accessibility directly depend on the chosen rate.

Server Type Meta Features Ideal for...
Hard-Farm / Myko Low rates for EXP and drop. Every +7 item is a rarity. Old-school economy and long grind to cap. Fans of slow progress and nostalgia.
Light-Farm / Medium Moderate leveling, accessible basic gear, but high-end weapons (Raptor, Shard) must be intensely farmed from bosses and instances. Players with evening online for balanced PvP.
PK Server (Deathmatch) Instant start at max level. Free top armor. Gold (GB) and NP are farmed only by killing players. Fans of instant brawls without mob farming.

Economy and Alchemy: Magic Anvil

The heart of KO economy is in Moradon—at the Magic Anvil. Gear upgrading (Upgrade) requires Blessed Upgrade Scrolls (BUS). With each upgrade level, the success chance drops, and on failure, the item is destroyed forever. On new servers, market stability is determined by BUS drop and availability of Trina's Piece scrolls, which increase upgrade chances. Smart server admins strictly control Gold Bars (GB) influx to prevent hyperinflation.

FAQ: Questions and Answers about the Game

1. What's the difference between Ardream, Ronark Land Base, and Colony Zone?

In KO, PvP locations are divided by level. Ardream—zone for cap 59 level characters (master skills forbidden). Ronark Land Base (RLB)—cap 69 level. Colony Zone (CZ)—territory for high-end players (70+ levels). Each server concentrates online on a specific location.

2. What is NP (National Points)?

National points are awarded for killing players of the opposite race and deducted upon death. High NP rating grants access to clan capes, increases guild grade, and provides visual symbols (Grade) above the character's head.

3. How to farm Gold Bar (GB) on free shards?

On low rates, GB is farmed by selling upgraded gear, quest items, or monster loot (e.g., Blood Don). On PvP projects, GB often drops as rewards for kills in Colony Zone.

4. What role do priests (Priest) play in party PvP?

Priests in KO are the most important class. Debuffer (Malice / Parasite) strips enemy defense and HP, then assassins (Rogue) instantly kill the target (Spike Town). Buffer (Buffer/Healer) heals the clan and applies resistance auras (AC).

5. How does the premium system work on KO servers?

On PS projects, VIP or Premium systems are usually used. They provide increased % success on Anvil upgrades, more NP per kill, extra inventory slots, and reduced market fees (Merchant).

6. What is Border Defense War (BDW) and Chaos?

These are regular PvP events. In BDW, two teams of 8 fight to capture the altar. Chaos is a "free-for-all" arena where everyone gets the same skills. Rewards are usually keys (Chests) for roulette with valuable loot.

7. Can macros or bots (Koxp) be used?

On current quality projects, third-party software (Koxp/Mac) is strictly blocked by advanced anticheat (e.g., SOACS or xigncode). However, built-in Genie system for auto-attacking mobs is sometimes legalized on farm servers.
